Day eleven: Learned how to make text scroll faster through use of pause menu. Whoever made this game shouldn't have made it so hidden. Began training in new path of tall grass, finding more pathetic wildlife, except for one; creature called Abra. Couldn't weaken it because of move called Teleport. Eventually threw a ball at it and somehow caught it. Puzzling how it couldn't teleport out of the ball. Named it Manhattan, although it has no attacks other than Teleport. Began training it in similar way to how Daniel was trained by sharing experience. Have decided against moving on until Manhattan learns an actual attack.

Day twelve: Manhattan has leveled up considerably but still cannot kill even the weakest of rodents. Note irony in that real Manhattan could crack earth in half, while this Manhattan only can teleport to the nearest socialist hospital. Beginning to doubt this creature's usefulness, but that could be its hook. Starts out weak, ends up strong. Stop self from tearing up at the thought of parallels with own life. Will not bring self to comparing life to such a lethargic creature that promotes usage of free hospitals. Training continues.

Day thirteen: Manhattan has evolved into Kadabra. Smiled at name similarities between the creature's forms and speculated on its next name. Alakazam would fit with the stereotype. Game developers should be more clever. Manhattan learned move called Confusion which has proven to be more than useful. All creatures in current path are defeated in one hit. How confusing something can make it die is. . . confusing. Feel forehead to make sure same effect won't apply. Take note to never get confused again. Finally move on to next destination.

Day fourteen: Ran into Whore. Was expecting an intense battle, but Whore has been lazy. Only two creatures of low levels make up his pitiful team. Defeated him without incident and continued to Oreburgh City. Tired of having to use hospital. Potions heal hit points, but limits on moves can only be restored through use of Pokecenter. Have decided to pretend character's parents have excellent health insurance rather than accept concept of free healthcare. Gym of Oreburgh is blocked by Whore. Confused as to why he can't be pushed aside. Decide not to pursue possibilities and continue to explore city.

Day fifteen: Nothing to do in city other than enter a mine. Encountered several rock-like creatures and a bat. None of them stand up to Manhattan's powers of confusion. Trainers do not fare any better. Proceed with exploration of mine, somewhat surprised at how many creatures attack at random. Sometimes taking two steps prompts an assault. How any sane human could live in these conditions is baffling, let alone thought of how humans could still be dominant in the world. Imagined what world would be like if Pokemon were not domesticated. Tall grass becomes a frightening concept. Foresee an increase in market for lawnmowers. Finally reach end of mine to find city's Gym leader. We speak briefly before he runs out of the mine. How he got through without being attacked is frustrating. Decide to research way to avoid random encounters and head back to Gym.

Day sixteen: Whore seems to be missing from Gym's entrance. Inspection of statues inside, however, shows he has already defeated Roark, the leader. This game seems to be against me. Others travel without worry of being attacked; rivals are always one step ahead. Vow to defeat every trainer in game without failure. Roark's students are weak, conceited peons. Manhattan continues to prove himself similar to his namesake. Every enemy falls after one hit. Decided against using him against Roark to give Daniel and Monferno experience. Daniel is not effective against the rock-type creatures; a bad move to begin with upon retrospect. Rocks tend to kill birds. Monferno fares better. Fire is ineffective against rock, but Mach Punch is able to break its defense easily. Punching through solid stone is a new feat that will not be forgotten. Earned a badge made of coal after winning and headed out. Victories are beginning to feel hollow. Hope to find real challenges soon.

I always feel a little dirty submitting things into the Fan Fiction category, but such is life. This is way overdo, and is a bit shorter than the first with only six entries, but the entries themselves are longer. I might update this to go to day 20, but it actually ends at a gym battle so it makes sense to take a break at day sixteen.

BUT REGARDLESS OF THAT I hope this one is as good as the first. My Rorschaccent is a bit rusty, but I tried my best! Hope you enjoy it.

Rorschach belongs to Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons and what-not
Pokemon belongs to Nintendo and Game Freak and what-not

this is the best fan fic thingy Ive every read everything else can be confused to death.

I too have always wondered how others can get through without being stopped by Pokemon, and how my opponent is always a step ahead. That always frustrated me to no extent.
